North Indian cuisine is known for its rich curries, tandoori dishes and freshly baked breads, while Mughlai cuisine is characterised by its slow-cooked recipes, creamy gravies and aromatic spices. Our menu brings together the best of both culinary traditions.
A traditional Indian meal is often enjoyed by pairing curries with naan or basmati rice, adding a tandoori starter, and finishing with a refreshing mocktail or dessert for a complete dining experience.
Tandoori dishes are cooked in a traditional clay oven, which gives them a distinctive smoky flavour and tender texture. Unlike curries, they are grilled rather than simmered in a sauce.
Not at all. Indian cuisine offers a wide range of flavours, from mild and creamy dishes to rich and spicy curries. There are options to suit every preference, whether you enjoy subtle flavours or something with more heat.
Indian spices are carefully combined to create depth, aroma and balance in every dish. Rather than simply adding heat, they work together to enhance flavour and give each recipe its distinctive character.
